MATT WALTERS

Matt Walters has been with KMAN and Manhattan Broadcasting, Inc. since the summer of 1994.  He's held the positions of Sports Director, Program Director, and is currently a marketing consultant.  Matt hosts "The Game" weekday afternoons from 4pm to 6pm.  He also hosts Powercat Gameday during the football season and is the play-by-play voice of the Manhattan High Indians football and boys basketball.  You'll hear Matt, along with Rob Voelker, on KMAN's "Scoreboard Saturday".  Matt is also a part of the K-State Sports Network broadcast crew.  He's the sideline reporter and postgame show host for K-State football, color analyst for KSU men's basketball, and a play-by-play voice for Wildcat baseball.  Matt is also the public address announcer for K-State women's basketball.

Matt is a native of Russell, Kansas.  He attended Bethany College for two years and graduated from Kansas State in December of 1992.  He and his wife, Megan, live in Manhattan.  In his spare time, Matt enjoys golf, traveling, and spending time with friends.
