Local planning board activity
in Local by Cathy Dawes 0

Manhattan Urban Area Planning Board members have approved a preliminary and final plat of an approximate 95 acre tract of land in the Scenic Meadows Addition. The approval followed a public hearing with some discussion, involving an elevation requirement and flood plain issues. Changes include a revised street layout, deleting a condition of approval related to the base flood elevation established by the planning board. The matter still must go to the Manhattan City Commission.
