A 56-year-old Olsburg man is in custody following a Thursday afternoon incident involving a civil process paper. Greg Mitchell was arrested and faces possible charges of criminal threat and obstruction of the legal process. Pottawatomie County Sheriff Greg Riat says Mitchell threatened law enforcement officials as they were attempting to serve a civil process paper at his home on Second street in Olsburg. Mitchell allegedly made reference to guns and an area around the house was cordoned off, with negotiations initiated. A little more than an hour and a half later, Mitchell surrendered himself to deputies. The incident began shortly before two and ended shortly after 3:30 in the afternoon.
