The Manhattan Urban Area Planning Board recommends the City Commission to approve the rezoning of several business and commercial districts to Commercial Planned Unit Development District. Board member Mike Hill began the motion at the meeting Monday evening. Hill recommends the rezoning with eight proposed ammendments.
The board voted unanimously. Now that the Manhattan Urban Area Planning Board has approved this rezoning, the board will forward of the recommendation to the Manhattan City Commission.
