Riley County Police received three reports of somebody taking indecent liberties with a child Wednesday. One allegedly occurred between October 1st and November 10th of this year in Ogden with a child under the age of 15. The second reportedly occurred between March 1st of 2007 and March 1st of 2009 with a child under the age of 15 who was visiting a man in another county. The third incident involves a case in south-central Manhattan between August 1st and October 15th of this year. The suspects in each case are known to the victims.
