A St. George man who has been out on bond in a case involving a fatality has now been arrested for Driving under the Influence. 66-year-old Russell Hodges was arrested by Pottawatomie county law enforcement officials last Friday for DUI. He has bonded out of jail on that charge and has an arraignment for November third. Meanwhile, Hodges faces a preliminary hearing November second in a hit and run fatality case from August of last year. Hodges’ charge in that case is failing to report an accident involving a death, which is a level nine felony. Hodges allegedly was involved with the August third, 2008 hit and run accident on Military trail road that led to the death of 55-year-old Darla Dugan, also of St. George.
