In Focus brings you interviews with newsmakers and community leaders from across the Manhattan area.

On the show, you will hear discussion on numerous topics important to our listeners.  Local governmental officials discuss the business their entities are undertaking.  Area school districts talk about issues they are dealing with.  Legislators give our listeners a weekly update on items being considered in the Kansas Legislature.  That is just a sample of the information you can expect from In Focus each weekday morning on KMAN.

Also, In Focus brings you interviews confronting issues that are important to the people on Northeast Kansas.  Beginning in April, each Monday will be dedicated to an issue that matters to our listeners.  We welcome listener input on issues that should be addressed during our Monday segments.  Topics can range from a controversial bill in Washington to a local issue that has everyone in the area talking.  We will seek out the persons necessary to talk to for that hour and welcome your thoughts on the issue as well.

Most importantly, the show is a chance for you, the listener, to sound off with your thoughts on the topics of the day and get answers to your questions.
