WE'VE REACHED OUR GOAL!!
BUT CHAPMAN SCHOOLS STILL NEED YOUR HELP...
The city of Chapman celebrated Monday; it’s a day many students across the country dread, the first day of school after the summer break. A tornado heavily damaged the town two months ago. Many people didn't think the heavily damaged schools would be ready to start right on time this year, but they did.

We have reached our goal of $10,000 for Chapman to purchase their portable storage buildings.

However, they still could use your help.

Please join the radio stations of Manhattan Broadcasting and Channel 27 News in donating for this fine community.

LETTER FROM TONY FRIEZE, SUPERINTENDENT

Dear Faculty, Staff, CHS Alumni Friends and Irish supporters, The tornado of June 11 may have destroyed the schools in Chapman, but it did not destroy our Irish pride! We have been met with a challenge but we remain determined. We will rebuild in Chapman. Classes will begin in the fall, albeit in temporary settings.  After all, we are the Fighting Irish!

Many of you have expressed an interest in sending monetary support.  The school fund listed below will go directly to an account dedicated to rebuilding our Chapman schools; your donations will aid in building new facilities, and purchasing new equipment and supplies.

If you have other means of support or if you have companies who would like to provide resources, please contact me directly.  There are many items needed that we have yet to consider.

Thank you for your support and continued prayers for Chapman, Kansas.
